What They Needed

They wished to increase their share of the home cover market through the use of a new website and with less reliance on cold-calling.

I lead the way in building a responsive website, I oversaw the website migration, business development, the PPC budget and have now recruited external talent in the form of PR and social media executives to help manage the successful online reputation of the business.

Since the web overtook many of the conversions, the company have invested heavily in the online field recruiting three web teams; sales, online chat and marketing and decided to close the inbound/outbound call centres completely, now depending entirely on web.

The business has seen a 135% growth year-on-year since it began operations in 2013 and has now seen some lucrative performance marketing with additions to Go Compare, Compare the Market, Money Supermarket, uSwitch and Affiliate Window partnerships all happening within the last year.
