The task
Globe Motors are a used car specialists offering a range of quality used cars, they consistently win top awards for their customer service. Based in Lancashire they have an online presence but lacked the conversion they wished to see online.
Globe Motors required new website design consultancy to increase inquiries, showroom footfall and an online payment deposit system to reserve vehicles. They also needed a focus on their online reputation, as well other marketing aspects such as paid and organic growth, email and print marketing and lead generation cost reduction.
Our approach
Our design team worked on a brand refresh with a new modern logo. We re-designed their website with a responsive features, improved usability and a vastly improved online customer experience.
We developed specific landing pages for lead generation, highlighting Globe Motor's excellent ratings, customer reviews and awards.
On a consultancy basis we managed Globe Motors online reputation and developed their digital marketing strategy. We adopted a multichannel approach with a focus on optimising conversions through Facebook messages, Live-Chat, Emails, Calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Marketplaces, AutoTrader, CarGurus.
Our team managed paid campaigns with Bing, Google, Youtube and social media. We utilised video content on Youtube and Facebook marketing and set up optimised Facebook Ads, Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Commerce Manager, furthermore, we trained the Globe Motors team on Live-chat, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp to optimise sales through these channels.
We produced Video shoots for their Virtual Showroom Experience, general brand awareness and online content.
Globe Motors has seen a 23% increase in online coversions, 40% conversion from WhatsApp, Live Chat and Facebook Messenger. Showroom footfall has increased 50% and an overall business has doubled. They have grown their inventory +100% due to the increase in business.
The majority of sales intended keywords and various industry related keywords are ranking very high on the most used search engines such as Google and Bing - and are still growing.
