The task

National Debt Advice is a debt counselling service regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, with 30+ Years’ combined experience providing debt advice. They required a new brand identity and website with better conversion rates.

The company required an increase in brand awareness and protection as well as significant work put into their online reputation management as well other marketing aspects such as paid and organic growth, email marketing, incentive and affiliate partnership, UI & UX design improvement and an uplift of conversions.

Our approach

Debt is a sensitive topic, hence we wanted to be very specific with our choice of colours and illustrations working on NDA’s logo. Once we nailed the branding, it was important to stand out from the competitors hence we created some illustrations which were direct, a bit quirky but playful. Via our branding and imagery, we wanted to demonstrate that its ok to talk about your money worries and that our client National Debt Advice is here to help without being judgemental.

In addition to a visually appealing website and logo, we added a live chat service to increase engagement and promote ease of communication. The Live chat is designated directly with NDA’s advisors which makes customer service a seamless process.

Finally, we used NDA’s existing data to create email, WhatsApp and SMS retargeting campaigns which spiked website traffic and brand awareness. We have built a successful ecosystem for new and existing clients and reduced drop-off rates drastically.
