👋 Hi, I’m Zaibaa, a BTEC Business student. During my work experience at Burne & Royce, I’ve been seeing how they design the whole customer journey, from planning and creating Shopify websites to running marketing campaigns, giving me a real insight into how a marketing agency really operates.

If you’ve ever been shopping for furniture online, you’ll know how annoying it is to scroll forever without finding what you want. At Burne & Royce, we use Shopify to transform websites, so it works for customers and not just looks pretty.
Before Burne & Royce got involved, the D Furniture Suppliers site looked like other furniture shops: lots of products and offers, but it wasn’t easy to spot what was on sale, how much a product costs, or where to find the discount codes. On Shopify, after the website transformation, things changed fast. Prices are now shown clearly on every page/product, and seasonal deals like “5% off all orders with code BUY5” are a lot easier to see, instead of being tucked away.
Shopify makes online furniture shopping feel modern. It allows us to organise products into clear collections (like beds, sofas, desks) and show sales right in the product grid. That means when someone enters the site, they instantly see what’s on offer without having to hunt for bargains, which is something we focus on when we redesign stores.
Instead of customers having to guess where to enter discount codes, the site now highlights them during browsing and at checkout, so users know exactly what savings they’re getting and don’t miss out. This is something Burne & Royce push for. because clear pricing and visible offers help turn visitors into buyers.
But it’s not just about prices, we at Burne & Royce also improve user experience (easier navigation and better design) so people don’t get frustrated and leave without buying. Building Shopify stores that look great and bring in sales, using smart design and marketing strategies to grow real businesses.
In summary, taking a cluttered, hard-to-navigate furniture store and turning it into a straightforward website, Burne & Royce helped D-Furniture Suppliers showcase their products better, make discounts obvious, and give customers a much smoother shopping experience. When everything makes sense on a website, you’re more likely to click that “Add to Cart” button. That’s the difference a good marketing strategy makes.
If you’re looking to improve your website, rebrand, or get help with marketing, you can contact Burne & Royce to see how they can help your business succeed.
