Transforming TileZone's Customer Experience

When we started working with Tilezone, the goal was clear: make their online store easier to use, more modern, and better at selling tiles to customers across the UK. Tilezone already had a great range of products and a strong reputation, but their old site wasn’t doing justice to everything they offered. That’s where Shopify came in.

We chose Shopify because it’s a platform built for online shops, meaning it’s fast, secure, and designed to help businesses sell more. One of the big changes was giving Tilezone a fresh, mobile-friendly design. Now the site looks great whether customers are browsing on their phones or laptops, which is important as many people shop on the go.

Another advantage of using Shopify is how easy it makes shopping. Big product ranges (like all the different tile styles Tilezone sells) can be hard to navigate. We added smart search and filters so customers can quickly find what they want.

We also built custom tools, like a tile calculator that helps people work out how many tiles they need for their space, and an “order sample” button so shoppers can try before they buy. These features make the website feel more helpful and personal, not just a place to click “buy”.

Behind the scenes, Shopify gives Tilezone a reliable system for managing orders, inventory, and payments, without the headaches of older website technology.

Overall, moving Tilezone to Shopify wasn’t just a design upgrade; it transformed the whole customer experience. The result is a user-friendly store that helps Tilezone compete online and makes shopping for tiles simple and enjoyable for customers.
